Tracr partnered with The Plumb Club to host a retailer-focused webinar, “Disclosure, Differentiation & Trust: Clear Conversations on Natural and Lab-Grown Diamonds,” presented by GIA’s Dr. Ulrika D’Haenens-Johansson. The session explored how retailers can confidently explain the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds, using clear terminology, transparent messaging, and traceability tools to build consumer trust.
